Great Keyboard!

This id an upgrade for me and my review is based on using the Classic Motif 6 and other Yamaha and Roland products. First of all the sounds on this board are AMAZING! simply blew me away. There is direct to USB recording which saves the trouble of resampling to get a wave file as it creates one automatically. The display and user interface are great and the overall controllers and functions make for quick navigation once you get past the learning curve. The keybed isn't as good as my Classic and neither is the black matte finish as I collects fingerprints easily and is almost sandpaper like. Its a small trade off for everything you get onboard. I was suprised that the noise gate effect was removed as I use this keyboard as my all out studio for all my tracks and vocals. Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase. You will not be unhappy with this board. So many improvements have been made. The soynd quality is surperb and mixes are easy and clear. So many of the older system functions have been so simplified you may find it frustrating! But you'll wonder why it wasn't made this way from the begining. 5 stars!
