Received my Montreal Premiere about a week ago and haven't put it down. It is my first semi-hollow body; I generally gig with a Strat and Les Paul. The guitar is very lightweight, but very well const... read more [+]ructed. It has a comfortable neck with a fairly flat fretboard. I have been playing the guitar through an old blackface Fender Pro Reverb and an Egnater Tweaker. It has its own voice that is very articulate. It does not sound like a Gibson semi-hollow body, but it you want that sound buy an ES-335. I have found many usable sounds from all 3 pickup configurations; it will cover a lot of ground musically. I can't wait to gig with this guitar. close [-]
