best small mixer for field recording

This is a great 2 channel preamp field mixer that was designed for HDSLR video. When used with the camera mount (sold separately), you direct your production with FULL control of what audio you're feeding the camera. The only thing your audio guy has to do is to place the boompole appropriately and nothing else.

It has so many useful features, but I liked the fact that just 2 AA's run the whole show, ergonomically well designed, has phantom power available for both channels, and a slate mic and tone oscillator make this a dream come true for the 1-man-indie-filmmaker.
