It says something when you are sitting on about $8,000 worth of sounds and you always go back to a $200 library. I do not agree that you always get what you pay for. Some of the other libraries beat MP in certain instances, but many are thin sounding and harsh. This is a wonderful library and diligent work with it can produce amazing results. Most importantly, for a beginner, this library is by far your best bet. close [-]

Yuval FuchsWOW - I have not played and heard strings this expressive before! The realism is stunning in this refined virtual instrument and the ease of use - second to none. This is now my first choice for orchestral sounds and quite possibly my favorite. Even sounds in the "other" category such as acoustic pianos and classical guitars are breathtaking.
Tony DaytonCan't fit an orchestra, ensemble, or choir into your project studio? No problem! Miroslav Philharmonik makes them accessible from your DAW with amazing realism! Even better, its user interface is easy to learn and simple to operate while being absolutely powerful. One of my favorite features is the acoustic placement: All elements of the orchestra are right where they should be, without need for panning or effects. Beautiful!
