Customer Reviewsfrom April 28, 2013Music Background: Hobbyist Great Piece of GearI've been using this amp for four years and it has become an essential piece of gear. Great tone and simple, usable effects, mean you can cover a lot of bases just by turning a few dials. I have run it into a PA and it sounds fantastic. The are a few things that may be considered problems, for example the "mic" setting isn't that great for singing, so don't try to use this for vocals. Also, the non-overdriven/distorted settings are quite a bit softer than the others and may not be loud enough for some. Battery power means you can take it anywhere. For backyard jamming, bedroom practice or performing in a small room, this amp does it all. Finally, this thing is built like a tank. After four years it still looks like it did the day I bought it. One tiny "con" is the weird strap. Too long to be a handle and too short to put over the shoulder. I'm not sure what they were thinking there.from Paris, IL August 22, 2008Music Background: Guitarist, Live Musician, Home Studio Exactly what the doctor ordered!I'd like to let you all know that the Micro Cube RX is exactly what the doctor ordered. This little power house at 2.5 watts stereo kicks ***! It's great for just working out tunes at low volumes so nobody complains. The real surprise is when you plug into a twin reverb and crank it up. I've been playing for forty-one years and have tried every FX pedal known to musicians. I truly believe if you plug the Micro Cube RX into your main amp you'll never use another FX pedal again.from Clearwater, Fl January 6, 2012Music Background: Worship team member & Part time musician. Does what it's supposed to . . .Sound is quality and volume is adequate for small room practice and small live situations. Battery power works quite well. Many of the sounds are usable. Overall, it was well worth the investment.
