Sennhieser MD 421 Mic stand adapter (mic clip)

Great piece, however it comes with the mini mic threads & it didn't come with the mini to regular size adapter to mount on a regular size mic holder.
Currently I am unable to use it without the mini to regular mic stand adapter.
Would be nice it they had identified that in the product listing OR...maybe they can send it to me after they read this review? Otherwise, its a good value & the customer support previously was great.

Sennheiser 421 mic stand adapter

Works, but inferior to the original equipment. I bought this to have a backup. You can remove a threaded piece in the base of the adapter to mount it on regular mic stand. The screw that provides friction and holds the mic at the correct angle is small and may be easy to break if over tightened. The spring loaded mechanism that locks the mic on the adapter has yet to work as intended, I always have to pull on it (weak spring) - otherwise the mic can slip off the adapter.
