This unit is not in th... read more [+]at process. I have many cheap and expensive mixers that have been relegated to similar positions within their own chain of associated gear. This thing goes anywhere in any chain. There are NO audible shortfalls within this mixer and it has just enough features to get the job done for the price. The ART 622 has NO Hiss, Hum, or Hash at any gain or output level and I'll buy another for the next system with NO hesitation. Everyone needs a small mixer somewhere in the pile and I'm done shopping for any more. close [-]
