Drawmer calls this machine the MX60 Front End One, a powerhouse piece of equipment that can do wonders for your project studio and your live sound. In a one rack space unit you get a Mic Preamp, Noise Gate, De-esser, Compressor, EQ, and a Tube Sound Stage!

Like a benevolent Dr. Frankenstein using prime parts for assembly, Drawmer based the different sections of the MX-60 on its previous, highly-acclaimed designs. For example, the mic-pre section comes from their renowned 1960 mic pre, the de-esser is cut from the same technological cloth as the MX50, and in the VCA-based compressor you can find similarities with the MX30. Drawmer's Noise Gates have always received especially enthusiastic recognition, and the MX-60's Program Adaptive gate is no exception. This allows you to automatically set optimal time constraints, which eliminates "chatter" around the threshold.

Do you want inputs? The MX-60's input stage lets you switch to accept mic, line, or instrument level signals - the XLR mic input has 48V phantom power and phase switchable reverse, while the line input is on both a balanced +4dB TRS jack and an unbalanced -10dB jack. A 1/4" high-impedance Instrument jack is located on the front panel for your electric guitars, basses, synths and drum machines. In short, the MX60 delivers one-stop quality Drawmer processing, a complete channel of a powerful mixing board with processing inserted.
