Terrific easy-to-program software synth

This software synth is fantastic. Very easy to program and the amount of tweaking you can do is in the "am I dreaming?" realm. Modulating the sounds with various LFOs is very simple and the upgraded presets provide an excellent starting point for creating your own sounds. The available effects are decent, but somewhat limited. In general, I find that most synth sounds when heard "dry" are not that impressive, but if you add a few tasty effects, you can really take them over the top. Obviously if you can't get there with the "on board" effects in MX4, you can use other effects to do the trick. And if you can't get great sounds or up to speed with modulating sounds using MX4, think about switching to guitar. ;-)
