I got some clips used to hold water pipes to studs and fastened the stands to the back of my desk. Even then I wasn't sure of the clamp that holds the speakers. about a month went by and I wanted to rearrange the control room and when I went to pick up the stand it broke. the base fell of and the joint in the middle broke. Now I have one 'good' stand thats as useless as the broken one. I won't put anything of value on these. Yeah they are cheap, but come on! Samson makes great stuff...so maybe I got a fluke?? close [-]

NS-10s would probably be totally ok on these though. close [-]
