ive recently got back into playing guitar, and one of the major things i was lacking were pedals. Ive got a bc rich copy which has always had a good sound, and the past few months ive been playing with my friends me50's ibanez's and jacksons. Cos i was on a budget and managed to scrap enough cash together i got this little baby, i knew i wouldnt get as many effects as an me 50, or my dads rp 6 which is an absoulute nightmare to program and use, and i must say as a begginer - active gigging musician i couldnt have made a better choice. Sturdy reliable great sounds, im a bit annoyed i cant use compressor and distortion at the same time, there are a few niggles, but this is the perfect choice if ur on a budget and wanna get gigging! the memory mode is very useful easy to program and its easy to back and forth so u dont have to worry about getting the sound you want. i play punk and metal, and a little ska and this versitile heaven sent machine is perfect, ive used it with head phones to great effect, on computer speakers which was good, and on my amps and every time i can get the same good sounds, if u want flashy effects like harmoniser go with the me 50, if u want something practical to use live, which will suppliment ur sound get this pedal!

i recently received the ME-20 from sweetwater...
i was amazed how easy the functions are..
i got it and immediately went to a rehearsal and used it..it was that easy. one thing i love is the metal distortion with wah wah. the compressor also boost up a dry tone.. without distorting with is good. one thing i wish is that u could combine more than one effect at a time. other wise that its good.
the size is great..fits write in my guitar bag. the chorus is nice a clean..very subtle...great buy..but u need a good amp since its not a simulator.. great job boss!!!
