I bought these to put on my Martin dreadnought acoustic thinking they would be the perfect match and, frankly, I was very disappointed. They're harsh on the fingers, very tinny sounding and make a sup... read more [+]er-loud whistling sound when you run your fingers up and down them. The balance between the strings is bad too - the low strings are far louder than the high ones. All in all, just not good. After a week of being mildly irritated with them I swapped them out for a set of Ernie Ball super slinkies and now I'm happy - I feel like I just got my favourite guitar back! close [-]
