First there's the WLM Loudness Meter's EBU measurement method, which bases its loudness calculation on the foreground audio. It's great for getting a moment-by-moment understanding of the perceived loudness of your content. The LM1 measurement tracks the average loudness across the entirety of your material, giving you a comprehensive overview. Finally, there's the WLM Loudness Meter's DIAL measurement, which measures the average loudness only when it detects dialog - a super-useful tool for broadcast!
