With a more complex layout and extensive menu structure than other DAWs out there, it always left me clicking through menus and screens instead of just making music. With the new Logic Studio they have really hit the mark. It still has all of the things that made Logic great (awesome virtual instruments, great sounding plug-ins, the ability to seamlessly work with loops), but now it's really matured into a great recording and mixing platform. The layout is much more streamlined, the workflow is amazing, and they've packed even more useful tools into this version (Soundstage, Soundtrack Pro, etc).
