2-channel Solid State Mic Pre Based on the Historic Langevin AM-4 The AM-4 console was a favorite of audio engineers and musicians for its distinctive sound. The Lanevin dual-channel microphone preamp is an updated version of the historic AM-4. It boasts a few modern touches, but the sound is instantly familiar! A newly developed discrete gain stage provides for balanced outputs. The rear panel features 1/4" direct inputs. All EQ can be completely switched out or set to "flat" positions. Up to 53 dB of microphone gain is available to accommodate a wide range of mics. High current 48 volt phantom powering is built in. It also features precision Manley mic input transformers, for that natural sound with a touch of brawn that good iron provides. NOTE: All prices are valid for U.S. sales only.
