Customer Reviewsfrom Rogers, AR January 16, 2013Music Background: Semi-Pro/Worship Leader Great SoundingIf you want to learn how to play the uke and you got $50 to spend. Jump on this one. It stays in tune and keeps on a rockin. Thanks TJ for all the help you give me. This was for my guitar student Sam. He loves it.from Southwest Florida September 1, 2012Music Background: Hobbyist I am happy with this uke :)My first uke, though I do play guitar. Got it, tuned it up, and good to go. No problems at all. Just what the dr. ordered. The dif between this and the LU-21 per my Sweetwater rep and the Lanikai people is basically cosmetic and the price. Same sound, in case you are wondering, because none of the descriptions of the LU-11 & LU-21 explain this.from July 26, 2012 Well worth itI have never owned a uke before this one, so I can't say much about the materials used in construction as compared to something else, but it does feel like quality and plays very well. I've been a guitarist for around 15 years or so, and this was easy to pick up and very fun. It will take a bit of time to get the strings adjusted to stay in tune. I just keep a Snark tuner on the headstock and tune it up everytime I pick it up, no big deal. I see no problems at all with this uke besides having to tune it up often, but that is common with ukes , from what I've seen and read,. I think this one is well worth the price and fun and easy to carry around.from Riverside, Ca USA January 10, 2012Music Background: Guitar Player Great GiftI bought this uke as a christmas present for my boyfriend. I was referred to this ukulele by my brother who is also a musician so I trusted his judgement in this particular ukulele. My boyfriend loves it and plays it all the time now. Ukuleles are easy to learn, especially if you already play the guitar. |
