Music Background:  hobbyist, i play in my bedroom 2-3 hours a day after work

This guitar has a beautiful finish. The tone and sustain never stops. You can hold a note for so long. I can't get enough of the pickups either. They sound so good. The neck pickup is amazing i rarely use anything other than it. Yeah, this guitar doesn't have binding like the gibson les paul standard but it really doesnt matter its still a great guitar. If you want a les paul with binding then buy an epiphone, the customs all have full binding on the neck and body...i have two of those :-)

If your looking for a new guitar and you want to try a gibson, the studio is the first step and a great guitar that you will love for years. I know mine will stay with me for a very long time!
