First - the sale was a great experience with Paul Allen helping with all my questions and requests. Great customer service as usual. Guitar was packaged well and no issues with shipping.

The guitar is a true pleasure the play. Playability and tone are fantastic. Gibson Custom Shop craftmanship is top-notch. The only issue at all with the guitar were the bridge saddle slots that where not radiused to follow the fretboard radius. Once I took care of this the guitar was faultless. The Plek work on the frets is great. Nylon nut is a great impovement over the corian nut used in previous years, no more binding in the nut slots.

One final note, Buying a guitar online is a risk but with Sweetwater's 55-point inspection you know you will get a guitar with no issues. Just set it up to your liking and play it. That is all I have ever had to do with any guitar I have purchased from Sweetwater. This type of confidence in Sweetwater takes the worries out of your purchase.
