I purchased this amp through a friend who won it as a door prize at a local grand opening. Figures, a non-playing person winning something I needed. Anyway, my son who plays mainly Fender brand 5 string basses, has used this amp almost exclusively since getting it. He plays in a church rock band and has MORE POWER than is needed, often having to turn down so others can hear themselves. Ease of use, effects are great and no problems what so ever. We put castors on the amp due to the weight, its heavy. Good rugged construction exterior, nice looked, A LOT OF POWER as I said. I would have liked Line 6 to offer a 2x10 or 4x10 bass combo amp, but this is the 2nd Line 6 product I've owned over the years, and have loved the amp products and would stump for them anyday. Worth the money spent. A Flextone III will likely be my next purchase.
