Sound quality and effects AMAZING, driver issues finally resolved

This is my third audio interface card having gone through an Edirol USB and M-Audio PCI card. The sound quality is crystal clear through my Adams A7s. The DA converters are good and the pre's are decent as well. The only problem was the driver compatibility with Sonar 6. I had alot of dropouts and jittering but those problems have been fixed in the latest drivers. Bravo to TC Electronics for actively fixing these issues as it would be a shame to let a great interface go bad due to something like that.

The built in hardware Reverb and Compressor are killer. I don't use my cheapo software plugs anymore as these are easy to use and adjust.

For $500 I can't think of anything better especially considering the firewire and built in effects. Very well built as well.

This is a must have for project/home studios. The reverb effects are beyond belief and sound smooth and creamy. The unit sound like Lexicons High end ones costing thousands more. I am a retired High end studio engineer and I give 5 extremely well lit stars for performance and quality inside and out. Ease of use and worth every penny. The extra software for assimilator is also a plus. Gives high end mastering results with minimal effort to polish up a home recording. You won't be disappointed!
