Offering premium tone at a nice price, Hartke's Kilo bass amplifier packs 500W of stereo power (1,000W dual mono) for low-end thunder. A wealth of front-panel controls make this rackable amp a versatile beast too. There's a 10-band graphic EQ, a variable compressor, a limiter, "Deep" and "Brite" switches, and a shape control to contour your sound. The milled aluminum faceplate and rugged chassis make the Kilo ready for life on the road.

for a person who really didn't like the Hartke amp sound,I really like this amp.Everything on the amp works great. Its not hard to get YOUR sodund out of this amp.The EQ,compressor and the various but... read more [+]tons at the top of the am serve to enhance its sound. I own 2 basses with completely different sounds,and it been hard for me to find one amp that serves them both well without out a lot of "fiddling around" with the knobs. I love it!! The only drawback I can think of it that at almost 45lbs this thing is a beast. close [-]
