From the keyboard itself to the provided software, I was VERY happy with the purchase. A total of about 5 hours after installation, I had an entire song finished. That's from someone who never used a keyboard before. I also want to say that the packaging and support from Ben Robinson, my sales rep, were simply outstanding! Even though I didn't need help getting started, it was awesome knowing that I had a phone number of someone I could talk to if I did have a problem. All in all, the entire experience has been so good that I don't see any need to go anyplace else for anything I might need in the future. close [-]
