Customer Reviewsfrom October 14, 2012Music Background: Student SOLID MIC STANDIt's been awhile since i finally seen a mic stand thats still standing. You would think that all mic stands would do the job since they only have one function. But ive had to go through about 4 in a year.. So i finally bought a more expensive stand and i love it ! Im fixing to order another one for my other mics. ! Really sturdy and worth the extra $$ !from Salt Lake City January 9, 2013Music Background: Hobbyist Beefy and industrialThere are a lot of mic stand manufacturers out there. I’ve tried them all. Unfortunately.Three brands are worth your long term dollars –Atlas, K&M and brand called Dr Pro (not sold here). K&M tubing walls are thicker and heavier than Dr Pro. Atlas is in a class by itself – but they don’t sell a version with legs. This is one of those “you get what you pay for” areas.
