Wonderful Customer Service

I ordered the fender jaguar for my boyfriends Christmas present at the end of November; when I first wanted to place my order they were out of stock, but I spoke with a gentleman named Patrick who promised to call me when they came in a week later. A week later Patrick called back and was very helpful in getting this great guitar ordered for me. He sent pictures to my email of the exact guitar I was ordering and called a day after the guitar had arrived to ensure its delivery. By the way my boyfriend LOVES the guitar. Will use this company again in the future.

Blacktop Jag HH, Silver -- FANTASTIC!

Fender did it again. This guitar is fantastic. The 24" Scale fits my 'old hands' like a glove (though I'm surely not dumping my Strat or Tele any time soon). The neck is fast, it stays in tune, and the finish perfect. The Silver finish looks a lot better than in any pictures. And with the two Humbuckers I can get almost any sound I want, and they rock to boot. And a Special Thanks to my Sweetwater Sales Engineer Andy Miller, he spent all the time needed answering my questions then processing the order (placed on 12-23, it arrived the next day - X-Mass Eve - that was unbelievable (so a BIG Thanks to all the Sweetwater people in the shipping dept too). Anyway, if you're hemming and hawing about this guitar, stop.. Buy it as soon as you can. You will not regret it (now I need a better AMP which I'll also be getting from Sweetwater).
