From Pristine to Roaring, This 100-watt Marshall Combo Has Your Tone!

The Marshall JVM210C all-tube 2 x 12" 100-watt amplifier brings you the full range of Marshall tone, from crisp clean to molten roar! The 2-channel JVM210C gives you six modes, covering two independent channels with three gain stages, each with its own footswitchable memory. It's a great feature for ultra-flexible onstage switching (via the included dedicated, programmable footswitch unit), plus the combination of a vintage and modern speakers provides great tone. Two effects loops, reverb for each channel, a speaker-emulated XLR line-out, and two footswitchable master volumes also grace the JVM205C.

Marshall JVM210C 100-watt 2 x 12" Tube Amplifier Combo at a Glance:
  • Channel switching and more
  • Silence is golden
  • Marshall heritage
  • From glassy to a roar

Channel switching and more
The JVM2 series amps don't simply give you footswitchable channels. You get an entire palette brimming with different degrees of distortion, tonality, and effects. The included 4-way switch has five easy-to-read LEDs, making this rig ready for stage use. It's also programmable, so you can set up different combinations of channel, mode (green, orange, or red), reverb level, effects level, and master volume easily. The parallel/series effects loops are also switchable on/off. Marshall made sure you'll get the most out of this amp even when you're at the front of the stage!

Silence is golden
When on standby, the JVM2's emulated XLR output is fully operational, allowing you to record in total silence - a godsend for those late night recording sessions!

Marshall heritage
Every JVM2 is made at the Marshall factory in the tonal heart of England. Time-tested, traditional methods of craftsmanship and construction are combined with the latest advances in modern manufacturing technology, ensuring world-class build quality and roadworthiness. Internally, the JVM2 circuitry and layout has been kept to a minimum, ensuring the integrity of the guitar tone and an incredibly low noise floor. All this, coupled with meticulous valve selection and high tolerance, quality components adds to the all-important reliability factor that is synonymous with the Marshall legend.

From glassy to a roar
Two completely independent channels sounds fine, but this amp gives you so much more than that! Each channel features three footswitchable modes: green, orange, and red. These modes give you different voicings and levels of overdrive ranging from pristine clean to super-saturated, harmonic-drenched, sustain-for-days distorted. Of course, the beauty of this configuration is that you can easily dial in these tones and everything in between, and access them with the touch of a footswitch.

Marshall JVM210C 100-watt 2 x 12" Tube Amplifier Combo Features:
  • All-tube design including 5 x12AX7s, 2 x EL34s (50-watt), or 4 x EL34s (100-watt)
  • 2 totally independent, footswitchable channels - clean/crunch and overdrive
  • Each channel has 3 footswitchable modes - green, orange, and red
  • Each mode has switch memory (reverb on/off, effects loop on/off, master volume 1 or 2)
  • Footswitchable, studio-quality digital reverb
  • Independent reverb controls for both channels
  • 2 footswitchable master volumes
  • 2 effects loops - 1 series, and 1 parallel/series
  • Parallel/series effects loop is footswitchable on/off
  • Speaker-emulated XLR line-out
  • Programmable 4-way, 5-LED footswitch with memory capabilities
  • All switching can be done via MIDI
  • Marshall G-12 Vintage speaker
  • Made in England
The Marshall JVM210C packs incredible tones and footswitchable control into a power-packed combo amp!

Very powerful

It's going to take some time to learn how to use everything on it properly. It has so much power and great sound. Very impressed.

Awesome Electric Guitar Combo Amp!

Nothing negative to say really, super positive experience. The Marshall JVM210C 2x12" 100W 2-Channel Amp meets or exceeds expectations in virtually every way. Staff was very helpful in working everything out, and package was delivered quite quickly. Great gear in general, lots of options for any type of musician or music lover. Would heartily recommend Sweetwater to anyone in the market for musical equipment of any kind.

Marshall Magic

This is a very cool and cost effective alternative to the 410. Unless you know and understand exactly why you need 4 channels ... I submitt to you that two are sufficient. I"m certainly still in discovery w this 2 channel wonder. Plus it"s a 100W head man ... add cabinets if you just feel the need. I"d play this in any venue and miced through a sound system there"s really no need for any thing else unless you just feel naked without it. I understand, but most multi stacks on stage these days are furniture for show only. Amps like this are the reason why. The British Invasion continues

JVM210C

The sound on this amp is crazy rich! I've bounced from solid state and tube amps, and I've never been able to get a good sound from the solid state amps. I was using a Peavy Renown for years. It's a beast, but I was never happy with the sound. So, switching to this amp...with the first strum out of the box I was blown away by how good the sound is! There is some feedback, and some noise at idle to work through. And, some of my effects are probably going to get switch out for brands that work better with this amp, e.g., the boss fuzz sounds like crap on this amp to me. But, those are expected things to work through. The sound is worth working through these kinks...Anyone interested in a Peavy Renown, Boss EQ, or Boss Distortion? No longer needed because of the awesome Marshall tube sound!

Good amo!

I bought my amp used when it was 5 years old, put a fresh set of tubes in and rocked the h*** out of it for another 3 years before I started leaning towards a different set up. Regardless, the amp served me well over the years and did great in every situation from recording, small venues, to wide outdoor gigs. The channel selections give you every level of gain/tone that you could want (and with me being in an 80's cover band, I used EVERY channel quite often).

This isn't saying the amp doesn't come with its downfalls.
-Low heating rated equipment such as resistors and capacitors
-Baising ports located inside the head unit make it a burden to make changes
-The amp gets pretty hot after a couple hours of use
-Noise, lots of it. Lots of gain, lots of noise.

With that being said, the amp did a good job of getting me through my shows and I was able to dial in some pretty powerful tones that you'd expect from Marshall.
Music background: Local gigging musician

There are countless "British"-style guitar amplifiers out there, but take it from the lifelong guitarists and tone connoisseurs at Sweetwater, when it comes to Marshall tone, there's nothing like the real thing. We've played them all, from vintage JTM45s and the ultra-cool Plexi reissue to modern handmade masterpieces such as the JVM410. There isn't a model among them we can't recommend with total confidence, and that includes their more affordable models too, like MG, DSL, and Code series amps. Thanks to our tight relationship with Marshall, Sweetwater's always on the cutting edge of their latest designs, custom models, and limited-edition gems. If you want iconic tone from across the pond, you want Marshall, and your Sweetwater Sales Engineer will help you find the perfect one.
