Customer Reviewsfrom United States May 9, 2012 Music Background: Bad-*** Rockstar NO REGRETS!!!!This is a professional instrument! It sounds so rich and delicious that it should come with a Hershey Bar! The first thing I love is its looks; Beautiful High-Glossy Black with Real Abalone inlays! But I am also awestruck with the quality! These Grover tuning pegs feel silky smooth when you turn'm, yet they really grip the string and keep it from falling out of tune, unlike any tuning pegs I've ever had! The Fishman pre-amp is soooo sick! I didn't even know about the on-board digital tuner until after it arrived but I was pleasantly surprised! It's size is totally perfect! It's not all bulky like a jumbo and the action is more like an electric than an acoustic! It plays so nice! I just wish it had an ebony fretboard and bridge without the extra $500 on the price tag of the JSA10. Not a problem though, I'm just not a huge fan of Rosewood fretboards. The only problem that I've encountered was when I tried to open the pre-amp compartment, it felt like it was stuck and I was affraid to force it open because it felt like I was going to break it, but it was just some old battery crust making it stick. All in all though, I would recommend this guitar to any serious guitar player who is looking for a quality acoustic/electric for a reasonable price!from Durham, NH July 20, 2010 Music Background: Student Musician The Sound............i am actually going to buy this guitar but haven't yet....Tomorrow's my day. BUT I have gone to 4-5 Stores and tried out the guitar unplugged and plugged in. It sounds amazing I've tried it in cheap amps and in more expensive it's great and has everything I want....SOlid Spruce Top...Acoustic-Electric.....Great Price.....Awesome Shape...No Laminate....And lastly the ound of trhis guitar is great I've been looking at ones for about $350-$400 but they DO Not sound the same but the joe Satriani is definetly the best sounding!!!!!!!1 If you have only $500 this is the BESt you can do with it in my opinion~HK from texas April 15, 2012 Music Background: pro same as the Vai signaturewell it looks just like the steve via same specs to WTF i have the via i like it and i dont like it the frets are rough not very good quality for the price i expected more from Ibenez on a sinature guitar.
