Wow! Exactly what my bass track needed

I am a big waves plugin fan and have many of their plugins that I use to record my band. I also do live sound as my full time job. When I started working on my bass players tone, I tried many different plugins (comps, eqs, etc. .) and came up with a pretty good sound, but I was looking for to bring the note definition of the bass out, but still keep it well balanced with the low end. After bypassing my other plugins and ONLY using this one, I ended up like JJP bass by itself more than anything I could do with comp and EQs, and I pretty much have all of them. The only thing I ended putting after this was an L1 to limit the peaks that jumped out do to the performance. I can't say enough about this plugin. Some aspects of this plugin remind me of a software version of a sans amp, which I use in live environments all the time. This is the plugin for me for rock bass, but I am sure it could be used a many other things and at this price, it is a no brainer!
