Instead of a traditional J Bass bridge, Squier gave this axe a special HiMass bridge, which allow better string-to-string vibration transfer than a standard model. The James Johnston Jazz Bass's HiMass bridge also features bronze saddles, which add a hint of color and added attack to your sound.
