Thumb Slapping '75 Jazz Bass!

The FENDER® American Vintage Series encapsulates the essential designs from which all Fenders have evolved. Utilizing original specs and tooling, Fender is still making them like they used to. From the distinctive body and headstock designs, to the vintage pickups, these instruments replicate all of the physical and tonal aspects of their predecessors. Collectors and vintage nuts take notice, you're going to love the American Vintage Series!

Contrasting bound fingerboards, 3-knob controls (volume neck, volume bridge, master tone), and block inlays are standout features of this classic '70s bass. The Rosewood version features White Binding with Pearloid Block Inlay and White/Black/White pickgaurd. Other features include a solid ash body, "bullet" truss rod and three-bolt Micro-TiltTM neck adjustment.

In the late '60s through the '70s thumb slapping funk idiom was brought to the masses and helped define an era of music that is as hot today as it was then. Get your own groove on with this Fender Jazz Bass!
