Fender Jazz Vintage Re-Issue

I finally retired my'63 Jazz Bass to the music room. To replace it, I purchased the re-issue. I have always wanted individual tone controls for each pick-up. The feel is EXACTLY like my vintage '63! From the nitro finish to the fret board to the small frets. I couldn't be happier!

Fantastic Bass with its Glorious Simplicity

I've had this bass for almost two years now, and it's been a great axe. I bought it here from Sweetwater, and was extremely pleased with the transaction, as well. The fit and finish on mine are impeccable, and it had no setup issues from the factory, however I did raise the action slightly to suit my tastes better. The sound is pure heaven, and I've used this bass as my main gigging bass since I've owned it. All in all, it was a great investment.

AMAZING!!! warm,deep sound for a easy-to-use bass!! Great!

I bought this bass after 2 year with my Fender Precision Bass (Mexican series), and i've been surprised by the sound: it is warm and deep if you would play jazz or pop;it has a great punch and a fantastic slap too if you would change your style and to play, for example, funky or rock.Anyway,it is easy to use,with his fantastic volume & tone controls and chromed knobs, and of course is really versatile too.The neck is smaller and a bit thinner than precision,very good for shredding and scale!!!Iguess i couldn't make better choiche. Thanks also to my friend,Scott Wynn,the best sales engineer i've ever found!!!
