Danfrom USA July 6, 2011Music Background: gigging musician Great piece of gear!Awesome little device! I use it for watching movies, also Garage Band is now Bluetooth, so thi makes a great little monitor! Very impressive low end. And so portable and easy to use.Love it! 
Lisa Shinklefrom United States January 23, 2013Music Background: Just a die hard music enthusiast This Thing is So Cool, My Husband Stole it From Me!!!!!!I wasn't in the market for anything like this, even though I do have a ton of music on my phone, I either just use ear buds or my blue tooth that broadcasts through the stereo in my truck. I had some problems with AT&T so they offered me a really good deal on the smallest Jambox when I got my Galaxy S3. Didn't think anymore about it for a couple of days until I got my music transferred to my new phone and I thought, hmmm....maybe I'll take it to work and I can try using it at my desk. OMG! This thing is the best thing to hit the market since sliced bread! (After my Galaxy S3, that is.) It is is crystal clear and has great sound and, in my case, is absolutely perfect for my office. My husband came to see me at work one day, he was also amazed and....well, as you see in my opening review summary, I'm back to ear buds at work for now. Guess that's how things go when you've been married for 20+ years, he knows just how to work me! I will defintely have one back on my desk very soon weather it be mine, or I have to buy a new one!!!!!On another note, would have rated it 5 stars, but the battery life could definitely use some improvement. It's fine for me, because I am always near an outlet, but it could be a problem. 
Jeff Cheleyfrom Denver, CO March 27, 2013Music Background: none. Nice and portable but the sound is just OKI have not been that impressed with the Jambox. I love the size but I am not that impressed with the sound quality. I guess if you are looking for a small portable speaker to play music from your smartphone or iPad for personal use, it is fine. If you are looking to use it for presentations or larger rooms, it is just OK. I am going to check out the higher priced version or other options for my use. Probably a good solution for some, it just isn't the right fit for my needs.
