Classic pianos
Ivory Grand Pianos is a multi-platform plug-in that recreates the sound and playing experience of 3 of the world's great concert grand pianos: the Bosendorfer Imperial 290 Concert Grand, the Steinway D Concert Grand, and the Yamaha C7 Grand. Recorded in the finest concert halls and studios with state of the art equipment, each piano is sampled with extreme attention to detail by award winning sound designer, Joe Ierardi.

Sample playback
These superb sample recordings are brought to life by Synthogy's custom sample playback and DSP engine, built from the ground up to deliver a new level of realism in digital sound creation. Each and every feature in Ivory is designed to bring out all the nuance of the original acoustic instrument's resonance, character and response. Groundbreaking features such as Release Samples that are triggered by both velocity and note duration, Sustain Resonance DSP for realistic damper pedal response, and real Una Corda (soft pedal) samples, are just a few examples of how Ivory's powerful engine delivers the unprecedented realism it is famous for. Use of proprietary Timbre Interpolation technology assures the smoothest velocity and note transitions for each of the pianos, achieving a level of musical playability that is unparalleled.
