Let me give you some back ground. We are A 6 piece cover band playing ACDC to Disco. The Peavy are fantastic. They simplified our set up a ton. They sound GREAT & so are light. Our female singer ca... read more [+]riies both at the same time. In fact they are lighter than the non powered JBLs we used to use & sound better. WE mic everything so these tops are carring drums guitars vocals bass & keys. We use subs for the lows but any decent PA is going to do that. They are not meant to be subs. They project very well & will cover any club or hall we will be playing in. They are Plenty loud as we usually keep them about 12. Getting these have eliminated the need fo an amp rack and another set of cables. They were well worth the price. We noticed an improvement in our sound the first time we took them out of the box.
