Premium Focusrite ISA220 channel strip
The Focusrite ISA 220 channel strip is a member of Focusrite's acclaimed ISA series, boasting a transformer-coupled preamplifier complete with phase and reverse. In addition to its preamplifier, the ISA 220 features a first-class 4-band equalizer, based on the famous ISA 430 and ISA 110 equalization circuits, for fine-tuning your sound. What's more, the ISA 220 offers up a proprietary Class A VCA compressor, with sidechain circuitry - available before or after the equalizer. A unique feature called "Blend," lets you achieve a smoother compression at extreme settings, through mixing the uncompressed source signal along with the compressed signal. Finally, an opto-based de-esser and a frequency-adaptive 3-band limiter is onboard.

The ISA 220 /ISA 220 Card Bundle includes the optional 24-bit/96kHz digital output card that allows connection to various digital devices in the studio. The A/D card is field installable and supports AES/EBU, S/PDIF, and TOSLINK formats. It operates in 16 to 24-bit mode (including its own dither circuit) and supports sample rates from 44.1 to 96kHz. The card can be externally clocked from Word Clock or Pro Tools' Superclock.
