Just got this today and I have to say I'm very surprised. This pedal is more bang for the buck than I ever expected. It's built like a tank, and has a beautiful sound. The Flerb setting is a bit in... read more [+]teresting but it's fun to play with. It doesn't have a battery but to me that's okay. The batteries always seem to die quick in my pedals when I don't use the AC adapter. I am afraid I'm going to accidentally hit the little mode switch with my foot and break it off, so you just have to be careful of that. Otherwise, this is a great pedal at a great price. close [-]

The Electro-Harmonix Holy Grail Nano is a digital reverb that is simple, effective and very versatile. There are basically three reverb choices--spring, hall and their own creation called flerb. The s... read more [+]pring and hall are pretty traditional and very natural sounding. The flerb feature is unique in that it blends a flanging effect with reverb for some cool ethereal, atmospheric and nice complements, particularly when in the clean channel. Each type of reverb can be dialed in manually on the spot and there are wide parameters to choose from when increasing or decreasing effects levels.
