My favorite setting is the Dynamic mode. based on your dynamics, the effect intensifies, or backs off to clean depending on your choice. You can also adjust the intensity of the effect for this setting giving a nice variety of tonal flavor not seen in a pedal this price. Like all HardWire pedals it stays out of your way when you want it to. The only thing lacking is the vague instructions included. It has a steep learning curve to unlock the mystery of how the Envelope and Dynamic modes work, however they can be mastered with persistence. Placement in the signal chain results in dramatically different results, before or after dirt, so experiment! Currently I have it after a Fulldrive 2 and before an OCD and I love the different flavors it gives!
