From Our Research Team:Extremely Comfortable Throne for Serious PlayersThe TAMA HT741 Ergo-Rider Quartet with Backrest drum throne delivers ergonomic comfort and support. Finding a balance between the comfort of a round seat and the playability of a saddle-style seat, the HT741's front cutaway allows for unimpeded thigh movement - even during rapid double bass patterns. What's more, two patented seat indentations and an upper insert of soft foam encourage the right drumming posture. As for the base, there's a stable 4-leg tetrapod - and the backrest is height adjustable and tiltable, so you can comfortably adjust your TAMA HT742 Ergo-Rider Quartet with Backrest.TAMA HT741 Ergo-Rider Quartet with Backrest Drum Throne at a Glance:
Ergo-Rider seat is both ergonomic and comfortable In designing the HT741 Ergo-Rider Quartet with Backrest drum throne, TAMA wanted to strike the perfect balance between extremely ergonomic playing comfort while also making sure the throne didn't get in the way of serious playing. In the end, they developed the Ergo-Rider - a hybrid of a round seat and and a saddle seat. Its front cutaway allows for unimpeded thigh movement, even during rapid double bass patterns. The seat also features two gentle indentations and a 20mm upper foam insert, which encourages the right playing posture. Sit Tight, Rocklok, and Quartet base ensure wobble-free playing Wobbling drum thrones are just plain frustrating - that's why TAMA put three different designs into place to squelch potential wobbling before it ever affects your playing. To start, the HT741 Ergo-Rider Quartet with Backrest drum throne features a "Sit Tight" seat clamp, which securely grips the throne's upper rod with a durable die-cast aluminum clamp. Then, TAMA added their specially designed "Rocklok" nylon bushing at the bottom of the throne's threaded rod - this helps to prevent side-to-side motion within the base. And, finally, the base of the HT741 is TAMA's Quartet 4-leg model, delivering rock-solid stability during intense playing. Adjustable back rest folds down for easy transportation The HT741's comfortable backrest is both height adjustable and tiltable - so you can enjoy the support you need, no matter you prefer to sit. Plus, the backrest can fold down onto the seat itself, without requiring any disassembly, making it compact and easy to travel with. TAMA HT741 Ergo-Rider Quartet with Backrest Drum Throne Features:
TAMA's HT741 Ergo-Rider Quartet with Backrest is an extremely comfortable, no-wobble drum throne!
