YOUR BEST INVESTMENT FOR THE PRICE!!IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY SOUND UNDER A $1000 BUCKS THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT! I HAD AN M-AUDIO 1814 BEFORE, THIS BLOWS IT AWAY. IF YOU WANT YOU'RE MIXES TO SOUND THE SAME ON ALL SYSTEMS GET THIS UNIT NOW. IT'S DEADLY ACCURATE, WHAT YOU HEAR ON THE HEADPHONES IS WHAT YOU HEAR ON THE SPEAKERS NO MORE BAD MIX'S. PCI OR PICIe CARDS ARE THE BEST, NEAR ZERO LATENCY SINCE THE CARD IS IN YOUR COMPUTER. AND IT DOESN'T WEAR DOWN YOUR CPU LIKE FIREWIRE.THE DDS SYSTEM ON THE CARD PUTS YOU IN A LEAGUE OF YOUR OWN. 500$ WILL BE WELL SPENT ON THIS CARD!!

Rock solid and great soundI've been using the RME Hammerfall 9632 for four years without a hitch. I have used all of the inputs and outputs simultaneously without any problems. I use an Apogee Rosetta 800 to send and receive ADAT to the 9632, with the 9632 serving as clock master. This card has exactly the right feature set for me, and it has been absolutely trouble free with my Cubase recording system for both studio and soundstage work.
