Despite the fact that I'm new to multi-track audio recorders,I had a reasonably easy time navigating through the recorder and had done some basic recording in a matter of hours.
I've only had the Zoom for a little over 24 hours and because of all the features it has,it will be a bit of a learning curve for me,but I am off to a great start!
So far the manual has been very helpful,as well as Yuval Fuchs-for going out of his way to expedite my order-thanks again Yuval!

In all my research of multi-track recorders,I could not find a better recorder for the price.
The Zoom HD8CD turned my make-shift set-up into a full blown recording studio in one fell swoop-and I have only scratched the surface on this product!

An astounding piece of hardware that I would reccomend to anyone who is building their first complete studio.
