The Best Sounding Martin Goes Electric Considered by many players to be the best sounding of all Martin guitars, the HD-28VE acoustic electric is beautifully crafted with a solid Sitka Spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides, genuine Mahogany neck, vintage herringbone top trim, a traditional zig-zag backstrip, and Martin's famous scalloped X-bracing.
