From Our Research Team:Pro Features, Affordable Price! The TAMA HC73BWN is a rugged Roadpro Series boom cymbal stand - ready to stand up to the professional's needs, without taking a huge bite out of your budget. Its Quick-Set Tilter is a much-appreciated feature, as it lets you infinitely adjust it to any angle you want. A secure boom arm is onboard the HC73BWN, but if you find yourself in space-cramped quarters, the boom arm easily converts to a straight cymbal stand. Other touches, such as a reversible cymbal bottom and a patented noiseless design add to the TAMA HC73BWN's quality.TAMA HC73BWN Roadpro Series Boom Cymbal Stand at a Glance:
Quick-Set Tilter for infinitely adjustable positioning Thanks to the TAMA HC73BWN's Quick-Set Tilter, you can put it into any position you like. This toothless tilter system holds position using the friction of six metal discs, instead of traditional gears, so you can adjust it to any angle. Boom stand can convert to a straight stand TAMA gave the HC73BWN a high-quality boom arm, which is perfect for stages and studios that have the space. But, if you find yourself cramped in a corner, it's no problem. The HC73BWN's boom arm easily converts to a straight stand - and the boom arm stores neatly in the stand's upper tube. Steel insert nut is less prone to stripping Most stands traditionally have threads cut directly into the die-cast section - but TAMA went another route with the HC73BWN. Instead, they gave the stand a threaded steel insert nut inside the tripod base, which is much stronger and less prone to issues with stripping. Reversible bottom prolongs life of parts The cymbal bottom on the HC73BWN Roadpro Series boom cymbal stand protects your cymbal's center hole from the tilter's shaft and threads. If you find that part of the nylon sleeve wears out after lots of playing abuse, you don't have to worry about getting a new part - just turn the cymbal bottom upside-down and double the life of it. Patented noiseless design is perfect for stage and studio TAMA knows that you rely on your cymbal stands as a part of your overall sound - and that noisy, reverberant stands are a no-go in critical applications, such as big stage performances and close-miking studio situations. To prevent issues with stand noise, TAMA gave the HC73BWN a special rubber cap at the end of the upper tube, to eliminate sway and rattling. What's more, they also added a special nylon sleeve underneath the die-cast joint of the base section, which further reduces swaying. TAMA HC73BWN Roadpro Series Boom Cymbal Stand Features:

The quality and value of the Roadpro series is great! Ideal for larger cymbals. I've got two 20 in Meinl MB10 heavies which balance well on these boom stands!
