As a guitar player and studio engineer, I was pretty disappointed that this product did nothing to buffer the impedance necessary to get good guitar tone. Its nothing more than an expensive "Y" cable.... read more [+] It felt as if I was plugging my guitar directly into the line input of a mixer and all the life was getting sucked out of my tone. There needs to be a better solution. I do not think this cable is shielded properly either. I was getting crosstalk which resulted in nasty feedback within the cable itself. close [-]
