Dual-mode power switch adds extra versatility
Ampeg's GVT15H guitar amplifier head is built to give you a wide range of tone and plenty of output. But for small venues and recording, 15 watts may be a bit too much. No problem! Just flip the dual-mode switch and drop the GVT15H down to 7.5-watts. At half the output, the GVT15H delivers all of the tone and drive you crave, at the volume you need.

This style of EQ curve was a big hit among music producers, because it boosts and cuts frequencies in a smoother, more effective way than traditional EQ curves.
