April 17, 2012 Music Background: Pro Musician As with any tube, make sure they are biased correctly or they won't last as long as they should. And for anyone considering JJ tubes, don't even think about it. For my situation, that was the worse possible tube I've ever heard. JJ tubes sounded like worn out GTs.
