Take this Convertible for a Spin!

The GT Convertible condenser mic performs double duty as a handheld vocal mic (with the included ball windscreen) and a great instrument mic with the windscreen removed. Park the Convertible in front of a guitar cabinet for detailed and accurate pickup. Throw a pair over a drum kit for a perceptive set of overheads. Pop the windscreen on, and the Convertible "converts" to a top-notch vocal condenser mic for onstage use.

I received this mic as a gift 5 years ago. I use it for EVERYTHING! I own a small studio and this mic has come through for vocals, guitar cabs, cello, trumpet, violin, and drums. I was running fairly hot into a powered stage monitor with no EQ and had zero feedback as well. Sound quality absolutely smoked the Sennheiser 845 the venue had in place. close [-]
