If you are reading this review, you probably know this thing is the best at killing noise from your rig. I'm writing this review not only to say this is an amazing noise gate but to praise ISP Techno... read more [+]logies for their customer service. I called ISP asking for tech support to help me integrate this into my rig.Within two minutes they had me with a rep who asked about all my pedals and amp head. This pedal cuts noise before and after the pre amp (in the effects loop), tracks the guitar signal, and requires 4 cables to integrate. This can be confusing as the noise reduction must come before your time based effects (chorus delay) but after other effects. ISP went through pedal by pedal, and also with setting on the back of my amp to integrate this thing in. My entire signal chain was custom reccomended by this guy and it works great. Props to them, best service from a music company ever. Like I said , buy this pedal, it's pricey buy you get what you pay for.
