A Very Nice Guitar

This guitar is such a joy to play... the sound is full and well-balanced, with sparkly highs and really gutsy lows if you want 'em. It sounds great with a pick but fingertips bring out a deeper complexity of sound. The cedar top is delightfully aromatic, too. All-in-all it's a very rich experience. I'd play it all the time if I didn't have to eat!

As beautiful to play as it is to look at

Bob Taylor has done it again. Check the Taylor website for lots of background on the GS series ... but suffice to say that these guitars are an acoustic purist's dream. The mahogany/cedar model has a very rich/round tone but still has enough bite when you want it to. Simply amazing.
