Who needs a headphone amp?

Plug one of these little guys onto the end of your headphone jack, then plug it into an Aux send on your mixer and you have an instant custom headphone mix available. I use them on my Mackie CR1604-VLZ to create three separate custom headphone mixes for practice sessions (drums and bass have to share the third) since the 4th aux send is used for effects, otherwise I'd have four mixes going.
