Great Guitar Great Service

Great value I looked at Epiphones and old Hagstroms but really enjoyed the sound of the Gretsch. This is my first hollow body and also my first purchase from Sweetwater. The guitar arrived in perfect shape all set up only de tuned for shipping. The Sales/Cust. Rep. even helped find a hardshell case and followed up on the progress of my shipment till it was in my hands. By far the best online purchase experience I have ever had.

Gretsch G5120

I have had my Gretsch for approximately 30 days and everyday I find something new or another different sound. Changed strings to 10-46 from the original 11-49. Much easier to play. Leitz Music of Ft. Walton made some minor adjustments for me today and plays better and stays in tune longer. The only change I am planning is to change the tuning keys. Guitar is a really beautiful instrument and sure I will enjoy more in the future.

New Gretsch

Received Guitar within 3 days. Awesome. I was advised that the Guitar was inspected with there 55 point check, however, when I received the guitar there was 3 screws that were only half-way into the pickup. This makes me feel that the guitar was not inspected thoroughly even though there was a Gretsch QC Card & Factory Inspection documenting the inspection. Checked out instrument after removing foam paper from bridge and was quite pleased. Outstanding Customer Service, All questions answered.
