Customer Reviewsfrom Battle Ground WA March 14, 2012Music Background: 40 year Pro Musican Go In StyleI received the Gator G 112 for my new Fender Mustang II. It was delivered fast. I ordered it on a Monday, and it came before the gig on Friday. The case is first class! It is larger that the Mustang II, but after adding extra padding it holds the amp, plus my Behringer Xenyx 802 Mixer, Ultimate Support GS-55 Guitar Stand, On-Stage Music Stand, and my Music Book all snuggly. The pocket in front holds all my cords, pedals, and stomp boxs. The extendable handle is solid, and makes moving the case around a breeze. The case is solid and weather proof. Get this case, and you will go to your next gig in STYLE !!!from LA, CA August 12, 2012Music Background: Engineer Great concept, wish it would catch on.For the money, I think this is a great option. I wish that other companies would start making something like this too. This could be built a little better, the wheels aren't the best, the handles a little flimsy, and its overall look isn't very impressive. Having said that, if you're a gigging or touring musician, you should consider this before you consider buying a custom hard plywood case for your amp. There are numerous benefits to this design. A) It wont slide around as much in your truck/car/van/trailer B) If it bumps into something or vice versa, its cushioned to protect everything. C) Its MUCH easier to fit into tight spaces because it gives, you can stack it, and its a lot lighter than a plywood case. D) You don't have to think about where to put it when you're setting up. Its not in the way, and in face, it makes small amps look a little more impressive on stage. I know it seems like an ATA case is really luxurious and looks like a million bucks, but think about bottom dollar, pros and cons.
